Who we are
From our facility on the edge of Melbourne, our in-house designers, structural engineers and registered builders bring a single home to life under one roof — literally. That control is how we deliver architectural quality in a fraction of the time.
We're proud to be a Registered Building Practitioner in Victoria, and every home we deliver is engineered for our conditions: bushfire-rated where needed, 6-star energy efficient, and built to the National Construction Code.

Our journey
What began as a single backyard studio has grown into one of Victoria's most trusted modular builders — without ever losing sight of the detail.
We delivered our first modular studio and proved a home could be beautiful, fast and fixed-price.
We opened our Victorian manufacturing facility, bringing design, engineering and construction under one roof.
We refined the pod concept into a range of six pods, from studios to two-bedroom homes — joined in 2026 by The Pavilion, our first full-width two-bedroom home.
We deliver our pods across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria, each one boundary-friendly and fixed-price.
